With a team of over 900 professionals, Anthesis operates in various regions, including the UK, EMEA, North and South America, and Asia.
Anthesis was established with the mission of "making sustainability happen" and is a certified B-Corp. The company supports clients in their transition to a decarbonized and more sustainable future, specialising in analytics, solutions design, and implementation for brands, corporations, cities, and governments. Under Stuart's leadership, Anthesis has acquired 16 sustainability firms and formed a strategic partnership with private equity firm Palatine in 2021.

Prior to founding Anthesis, Stuart spent 16 years developing WSP Environment and Energy, transforming it from a startup within WSP Group PLC to a leading global consultancy in the sector. During his tenure, he also served as a PLC Director on the board of WSP Group, a FTSE 250 company, for six years until the merger with GENIVAR, a Canadian consultancy.
