Rehan Haque

Rehan Haque is a thought leader and a subject matter expert with over 15 years of global strategic and operational leadership experience in cybersecurity and risk governance. Rehan is the current CEO & founder of metatalent.ai, an AI-powered Talent Marketplace.
 

Rehan started his career in Commerce and had plans to pursue either social media management or chartered accountancy at the point of Graduation. Being great with numbers and mental math and with a knack for financial accounting, he enrolled in MSC in the UK, majoring in Distributed Information Systems in 2006. 

He joined as an Information Assurance Consultant at Impact Risk Consultants in 2006. Thereafter, he took the role of Information Security and Compliance at Network Rail, London,  in 2008. 

During the next decade, Rehan played various roles in Information and Cybersecurity and Risk compliance, while being associated with SIRM, British Petroleum, Delloitte, Smith & Nephew Orthopeadics, Mazars Ahmed Tawfik & Co. CPA, Provident Financial Group (Provident HC & Satsuma), and BMI Group (Roofing and Waterproofing). His specialties include: Service Now GRC, RSA Archer, GCP, CSX, CIPP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ISO 27001.

Some of his licenses and certifications include ISO27001 Lead Implementer by BSI, Cyber Security Nexus Fundamentals Certifificate (CSX), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) by IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals. 

A Certified Business Continuity Professional from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute), he founded Metatalent.ai in 2017 with a mission to create a future-ready self-sustaining Upskilled & Reskilled Human Capital that is accustomed to function amidst the immersive & cognitive technological advancements, equipped with Green Skills, and ready to be deployed at leading organisations across the globe. Metatalent.ai works with businesses across UK and MENA regions helping them close skills gap and meet their talent needs by developing efficient talent pipelines.

Since 2012, he has been associated with ISACA as the Academic Relations & Research Director - London Chapter.
