Paul, then, ventured into the professional realm, joining White Young Green as an Associate from March 2002 to August 2007. Here, he honed his skills in environmental management, contributing to the company's commitment to sustainable practices.

In 2007, he took on the role of Sustainability Director at DTZ, later rebranded as Cushman & Wakefield. In this position, he played a central role in steering the company towards sustainable practices.

Sutcliffe embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding EVORA in May 2011.
