Enes Sehzade

Enes Sehzade is the Managing Director of FIMA PR, a public relations and business communications company, where he works closely with entrepreneurs and solution providers to provide innovative strategy and business development solutions scale leveraged by emergent technologies, including AI, automation, metaverse, and other immersive technologies.

Previously, as the CEO of Invespresso, he has led the charge in steering the company towards its strategic goals. A financial expert, he also took care of the financial aspects, including budgeting and profitability, and maintained strong client relationships.

Enes is the Founder and COO of Podlines, a pioneering venture that started within the framework of PR Lines, a dynamic public relations firm. Under his leadership, the team initiated a creative lab to address the evolving needs of media and communication skills training. Their journey took an innovative turn in early 2020 with the establishment of the first Arabic Toastmasters club in Turkey, focusing on nurturing public speaking and leadership skills within a supportive community.
Enes also held the position of CEO and Managing Partner at PR Lines, where he has made substantial contributions to corporate communications and digital publishing. 

His role as a Brand Ambassador at the exclusive 1 Club, the world's first invite-only digital club connecting global leaders, inspiring cross-collaboration, professional growth, and positive social impact.

Enes has also served as an International Growth Consultant for startup and IT companies at the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF), Eastern Europe and Russia's largest VC fund and competence center. In this role, he played a pivotal part in assisting Russian IT companies and startups in expanding their international operations, particularly in the MENA and Turkey markets.

His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence are evident in his role as the Founder and Director of Operations at Podlines Podcasting Incubator, where he has driven initiatives supported by FasterCapital. Enes is also recognized as a Managing Partner at PR Lines, where he has contributed to corporate communications, digital publishing, public relations, and community development.

Enes worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Kuwait Finance House in 2012, where he honed his customer relations skills. In March 2018, Enes embarked on a new chapter by becoming the Managing Partner at PR Lines, based in Istanbul, Turkey. This role allowed him to dive into the world of corporate communications, digital publishing, public relations, and community development. Over four years, he contributed significantly to the growth and success of PR Lines.

In April 2020, Enes Sehzade took on the role of Founder & Director of Operations at Podlines Podcasting Incubator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in developing the incubator's vision, supporting podcasting initiatives, and fostering innovation in the podcasting industry.

Recognizing the transformative potential of podcasting, Enes and his team transitioned towards this booming medium, announcing a podcasting club and organizing training sessions through Zoom meetings. Their efforts attracted a growing community of content creators, podcast enthusiasts, new podcasters, and professionals. This success led to the inception of Polylines, a podcasting platform that empowers podcasters in the MENA region. Under his visionary leadership, Polylines flourished, culminating in the International Day of Arabic Podcast and two podcasting conferences, fostering a vibrant community of over 1000 podcasters.

His journey continued with a freelance position as an International Growth Consultant for Startup and IT companies at the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) in Moscow, Russia, starting in July 2022. In this role, he leveraged his expertise in strategic partnerships, marketing strategy, and product launches to assist Russian IT companies and startups in expanding their international operations, with a particular focus on the MENA and Turkey markets.

Enes Sehzade's career continued to ascend when he became a Brand Ambassador for The 1 Club, a private members' club based in the United Kingdom, in August 2022. This role allowed him to connect with pioneering leaders, change-makers, and visionaries worldwide, contributing to personal and professional growth and positive social impact.

In November 2022, Enes Sehzade added the title of Mentor at Albaraka Garaj in Turkey to his impressive portfolio. His role as a mentor reflects his dedication to nurturing talent and guiding individuals in their professional journeys.
