In August 2019, Bakkt closed its Series A funding round and is backed by marquee investors including Microsoft, PayU, CMT Digital, Horizon Ventures, M12 (Microsoft’s venture fund), Pantera Capital, and Boston Consulting Group Strategic Ventures.
