tMonitor is a Vietnam-based tech company focusing on providing unique solutions that brings insights of all 13 air quality indexes. tMonitor’s solutions use Internet Of Things and Machine Learning for both real-time monitoring of air quality and emergency response to the crisis in indoor working environment where there is a high density of people like factories, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, and indoor public spaces.
The company was founded in 2018 by Nam Vu and Nghia Tran, Vietnamese developers who cared for the quality of air, both indoors and outdoors. Currently, tMonitor products are deployed in many industrial zones, schools, offices, government projects and small- and medium-sized enterprises in Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Thua Thien Hue and Ho Chi Minh City. CEO, Hai Nam, said the startup is in the process of raising capital for mass production and product commercialisation. According to its roadmap, the startup can develope better quality and accuracy of indoor and outdoor air monitoring equipment within one year; integrate equipment into automatic air conditioning control systems and ventilation fans in buildings within three years; and install a total of 15,000 devices in industrial zones, factories, schools and specific outdoor areas within five years.

The 13 air quality parameters they monitor use safety thresholds indicated by the EPA and WHO.
