The Global Executive OneMBA is designed for senior executives and professionals and takes place over a 21-month period. The curriculum is taught in English and consists of four week-long global residencies held on four different continents alongside projects designed to let executives bring value to their sponsoring companies. The programme is rooted in sustainability and innovation and provides a basis for the continued development of business and community leadership.  The programme is partnered with five different schools in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe and provides executives with an integrating experience on a truly global scale that will inspire them to grow and develop into a position with more global management responsibilities.

The Executive MBA Programme is 22 months, part-time, and is designed for experienced and globally-oriented professionals.  The same depth and knowledge in the MBA curriculum is offered to executives but is packaged over a longer period so students can maintain their career schedules. The curriculum consists of leadership and team-building skills, analytical and critical thinking about business issues and craft strategies, applied learning, building an international perspective in different economic and cultural environments, and the creation of global networks of high-achieving peers, industry leaders, academics, and business thinkers. The programme gives executives the opportunity to further develop their managerial skills in a professional setting alongside other executives who are at the same point in their career path.  The programme also aims to enhance their leadership skills so they can confidently lead a team of professionals as a senior executive in their businesses.

RSM also offers Executive Education Programmes in open enrollment and customisable formats.  The open enrollment programmes are designed to sharpen executives’ skills in specific areas and boost their business prospects.  Programmes are offered in almost every stage of the typical executives career and give them practical tools based on the most up-to-date research and coaching in personal development.
