Courses

The MBA Programme at Quinlan prepares successful leaders who share the core values of business ethics, value-based leadership, and social responsibility. The programme is aimed to give students a solid management foundation while integrating various business disciplines, developing critical thinking skills, exploring global business issues, and developing responsible leaders. The MBA programme is offered in a full-time or part-time format and is tailored in response to the rapidly changing global business environment. Students take basic fundamental courses and can either choose three electives from the Graduate School of Business programmes or choose a concentration in one of these areas:

The Executive MBA Programme immerses participants in team projects with other executives to examine contemporary business issues in a collaborative, hands-on approach to executive education. The programme is aimed to develop outcomes for participants in the short and long-run and provide them with new skills, innovative ideas, and fresh business perspectives. The programme is 18 months and offered on alternating weekends and classes occur during the day on Friday and Saturday. An international business trip is included to enhance executives’ global understanding of businesses and the curriculum has a general management focus. Students participate in a variety of courses that will build leadership, collaboration abilities, and projects that are results-focused to help hone skills for their career. Courses are structured so that interaction with peers and professors is strongly emphasised. Throughout the programme, students will study in the areas:

Executive Education Programmes are offered for individuals and for companies and cover specific management issues that both may face in today’s economy.
