The MBA Programme is offered in a full-time, part-time (evening) and online format. The full-time programme is two years long and has a collaborative approach and innovative residential programme that allows students to tailor the educational experience to their interests. The programme is based around the three pillars of leadership, global opportunities and teamwork and is hosted at the Bloomington campus. Students then choose one of Kelley’s industry focused Academies that give them career experience on real-world cases and consulting projects. After that, they choose a major and minor to focus on their particular concentration, and may also take a certification programme or add a joint-degree alongside their MBA.
The Evening MBA is delivered through a hybrid format of online and on campus, is part-time and hosted at the Indianapolis campus. The programme can take anywhere from two to three years to complete and students choose one of six different specialized degrees, including a general administration degree.
The Executive MBA Programme offers a comprehensive curriculum that is customised to the needs of executives through collaborations with international partner schools. The curriculum is designed to provided participants with a strong foundation of skills needed to be successful in their careers and is based off of seven, central themes:
The learning platform of the programme combines face-to-face classroom experiences with advanced collaborative technology like online course materials. It spans over 16 to 24 months and consists of 16-20 courses for a total of 45 credit hours. There is also a two-week residency at Indian University in Bloomington or at the Washington Campus in Washington, D.C.
